The total value of the Competition prize pool is $400

SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Competition item of equal or greater value

Persons or groups ineligible to enter:
(i) employees of, or contractors to, Single Mum Australia or the prize suppliers, or any of the agencies involved with this Competition, or
(ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor
(iii) a group, business or company, or representative thereof
(iv) persons under the age of 18 years before or on the commencement date of the Competition

To enter, entrants must:
(a) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;
(b) Submit a completed competition form on or linked from the competition page, ensuring that they are entering their correct contact and postal details onto their competition form

Further Conditions:
A maximum of one prize claim per household is permitted.

Winner selection process:
The Competition will be judged by SingleMum.com.au Staff on or after the competition close date. The judges decision is final.
The two competition entrants judged to have given the best answer will each win a prize

Winner notification and publication:
Competition winners will be contacted directly using the email address submitted on their competition form submission.

Should a competition winner’s details entered onto the competition form be incomplete, we will attempt to contact them. If there is no response to our attempts to contact them over the period of one week following the close of the competition, the competition winner will risk losing their prize to the next eligible winner.

Competition winner’s names may be publicised throughout the Single Mum Australia network, including the websites SingleMum.com.au, www.SingleMotherForum.com, the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter and extended social networks, including Facebook and Twitter.

Prizes will be mailed or emailed out on or after the competition close date, either by singlemum.com.au or by the prize supply company.
