SingleMum.com.au Norwegian Wood Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition commences at 12:01am on 14 September 2011

Competition entries close at 12:00-midnight on 6 October 2011

Winners will be judged and notified on or shortly after 6 October 2011

The names of the winners may appear on the Single Mum Australia network, including the www.SingleMotherForum.com.au and singlemum.com.au websites, connected social networks and in the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter.

Prizes –
6 x double passes to movie “Norwegian Wood” to be mailed to the best entrants
The total prize value of 1 x double pass to movie “Norwegian Wood” is approximately $30 (plus postage)
The total value of the Prize Pool is approximately $180
All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value

The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are persons who are not
(i) employees of, or contractors to, singlemum.com.au or the prize supply company or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or
(ii) a company, business, organisation or group
(iii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.

All entrants must be:
an individual person using their real name – not a group, business or company

To enter, entrants must:
(a) Go to the www.SingleMotherForum.com Facebook page
(b) “Like” and enter a song post on the page wall
(c) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;

Selection of winner
On or after the competition finish date stated above, the judge will confirm the winners. The winners will be the entrants who have been judged to have entered the best entry. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s.

SingleMum.com.au reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in our opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

All entries must be:
the original independent creation of the entrant;
owned by the entrant; and
free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.

Entries must not:
have been published previously;
have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
be restricted in any way; or
infringe any third party rights.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
(a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Competition winners are responsible for monitoring their contact Facebook and/or email account and junk mail folder to ensure that any correspondence and/or email from SingleMum.com.au to obtain a postal address for the purpose of prize delivery is successful. If winners do not respond to contact attempts by Singlemum.com.au within 72 hours following the contest judging date, the prize will be awarded to the next elligible winner
Entrants are recommended to save the SingleMum.com.au email address admin@singlemum.com.au in a safe emails or contacts list.

Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by Facebook private message using the Facebook profile that they used to post their entry with.

Ownership of entries
All entries become and remain the property of SingleMum.com.au.
SingleMum.com.au and the prize supplier company reserve the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of Single Mum Australia websites content and promotional purposes.
