SingleMum.com.au Baby Care Competition Terms and Conditions
The Competition commences at 12:01am on 27 February 2012
The Competition closes at 12:00-midnight on 27 March 2012
The names of winners may appear on the Single Mum Australia network, including the www.SingleMotherForum.com.au and SingleMum.com.au websites and the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter, and extended social networks.
Prize details:
6 x Baby Care books to be mailed to claimants on or after 27 March 2012
The total value of 1 x Baby Care book is $34.99 (plus postage)
The total value of the Competition pool is $209.94 (excluding postage)
SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Competition item of equal or greater value
Persons or groups ineligible to enter:
(i) employees of, or contractors to, Single Mum Australia or the prize suppliers, or any of the agencies involved with this Competition, or
(ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor
(iii) a group, business or company, or representative thereof
(iv) persons under the age of 18 years before or on the commencement date of the Competition
To enter, entrants must:
(a) Post a baby tip in the nominated single mother forum thread;
(b) Read and agree with these terms and conditions.
Further Conditions:
A maximum of one prize claim per household is permitted.
A maximum of one entry, per day, per person is permitted.
In the instance of more than one entry in one day being submitted by an individual –
all entries, after the first post for that individual on that day will be disregarded.
Winner selection process:
The Competition will be judged by SingleMum.com.au / SingleMotherForum.com Staff on or after 27th March 2012. The judges decision is final.
Winner notification and publication:
Competition winners will be contacted directly through their Single Mother Forum membership accounts either by Private Message or email.
Competition winners are responsible for checking their single mother forum Private Message box in the week following the competition.
Notified Competition winners must email their postal details to competitions@singlemum.com.au BEFORE midnight 5 April 2012 or risk losing their prize to the next eligible winner.
Competition winner’s names may be publicised throughout the Single Mum Australia network, including the websites SingleMum.com.au, www.SingleMotherForum.com and extended social networks, including Facebook and Twitter.
Prizes will be mailed out on or after 27 March 2012 by the prize supply company.
