Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of SingleMum.com.au (the Promoter), or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter

The prize/s is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize/s may differ from how it is depicted in the competition images.

To enter, entrants must:
(a) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;
(b) Submit a completed competition form on or linked from the competition page
NOTE: Entrants should ensure that they are entering their correct contact and postal details onto their competition form

A maximum of one prize claim per household is permitted.

Winner selection process:
The Competition will be judged by SingleMum.com.au Staff or the prize supply company representatives on or after the competition close date. The judges decision is final.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The competition entry/entries judged to have given the best answer will win the prize/prizes

Winner notification and publication:
Competition winners will be notified of their win by email, using the email address supplied on their competition form submission.

Prizes will be mailed out on or after the competition close date, either by singlemum.com.au or by the prize supply company to the address supplied on the competition entry form.

Entrants are responsible for entering their contact and mailing details correctly, and of notifying SingleMum.com.au of any changes prior to the completion of the competition. SingleMum.com.au take no responsibility for prizes not received.

All competition entries become the property of SingleMum.com.au (The Promoter). The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. By entering SingleMum.com.au Promotions, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from SingleMum.com.au and any prize supply companies. Competition winner’s names and town/state may be publicised throughout the Single Parent Australia network, including the websites SingleMum.com.au, www.SingleMotherForum.com, the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter and extended social networks, including Facebook Pages and Twitter.
