SingleMum.com.au Cracking the Footy Codes Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Giveaway commences at 12:01am on 11 September 2011
Giveaway entries close either when all 100 books have been claimed or at 12:00-midnight on 11 October 2011 – whichever occurs first
The names of free book claimants may appear on the Single Mum Australia network, including the www.SingleMotherForum.com.au and singlemum.com.au websites and the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter, and extended social networks.
Giveaways
100 x Cracking the Footy Codes books to be mailed to claimants on or after 12 October 2011
The total value of 1 x Cracking the Footy Codes book is $24.95 (plus postage)
The total value of the giveaway pool is $2,495.00
All items are valued inclusive of GST and SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The free book is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any book is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a giveaway item of equal or greater value
The only persons who may claim a free book are persons who are not
(i) employees of, or contractors to, Single Mum Australia or AKA Publishing or any of its agencies involved with this Giveaway, or
(ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
All claimants must be:
an individual person using their real name – not a group, business or company
To claim one of the 100 available books, claimants must:
(a) Register as a member and post a review in the Single Mother Forum “Mums Reviews” forum
(b) Send an email from their registered Single Mother Forum email account containing their postal details to giveaways@singlemum.com.au
(c) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;
Books will be mailed out on or after 12 October 2011 by the publishers.
SingleMum.com.au reserves the right to disqualify any claimant submitting a review which, in our opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language.
Incomplete or indecipherable reviews will be deemed invalid.
All reviews must be:
the original independent creation of the claimant;
owned by the claimant; and
free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
Reviews must not:
have been published previously;
have won prizes or awards in other Giveaways;
be restricted in any way; or
infringe any third party rights.
Free book claim is limited to one claim per household.
Giveaway claimants are responsible for emailing their postal details to giveaways@singlemum.com.au BEFORE midnight 11 October 2011
Claimant notification and publication
The giveaway claimants names will be publicised throughout the Single Mum Australia network, including the websites singlemum.com.au, www.SingleMotherForum.com and the extended social networks, including Facebook and Twitter.
Ownership of reviews
All reviews become and remain the property of Single Mum Australia
Single Mum Australia and the publisher reserve the right to use the content of reviews for the purpose of website content and promotional purposes.
