SingleMum.com.au Everyone’s Got a Bottom Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition commences at 12:01am on 19 November 2010

Competition entries close at 12:00-midnight on 14 December 2010

Winners will be judged and notified on or after 14 December 2010

The names of the winners will appear on the singlemum.com.au websites and the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter.

Prizes –
2 x Everyone’s Got a Bottom books to be mailed to the best 2 entrants
The total prize value of 1 x Two Birthday Cake books is $21.00 (inc. postage)
The total value of the Prize Pool is $42.00
All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value

The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are persons who are not
(i) employees of, or contractors to, singlemum.com.au or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or
(ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
(iii) persons utilizing competition club-type websites in order to access this competition
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.

To enter, entrants must:
(a) Fill out their details on the entry form and
(b) Answer the following question in 25 words or less:

In 25 words or less, tell us why your
child/children would like this book?

(c) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;

Selection of winner
On or after 14 December 2010, the judge will choose the winners. The winners will be the entrants who have been judged to have entered the most original and creative response to the competition question. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s.

SingleMum.com.au reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in our opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

All entries must be:
the original independent creation of the entrant;
owned by the entrant; and
free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.

Entries must not:
have been published previously;
have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
be restricted in any way; or
infringe any third party rights.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
(a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Competition winners are responsible for monitoring their contact email account and junk mail folder to ensure that any correspondence and/or email from SingleMum.com.au to obtain a postal address for the purpose of prize delivery is successful. If winners do not respond to contact attempts by Singlemum.com.au within the two weeks following the contest judging date, the prize will be awarded to the next elligible winner
Entrants are recommended to save the SingleMum.com.au email address admin@singlemum.com.au in a safe emails or contacts list.

Competition entrants are responsible for providing their contact telephone number as a back-up contact means on the competition entry form. This is not compulsory, but recommended.

Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the details provided in their entry.

Ownership of entries
All entries become and remain the property of SingleMum.com.au.
SingleMum.com.au and the prize supplier company reserve the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of website content and promotional purposes.
