The competition commences at 00:01am on 23 January 2012
Competition entries close at 12:00-midnight on 25 January 2012
Winner/s will be judged and notified on or after 26 January 2012
The user-names of the Winner/s will appear on the singlemum.com.au, www.SingleMotherForum.com websites, the SingleMum.com.au Newsletter and extended social networks, including Twitter and Facebook.
Prize –
Six prizes consisting of:
1 x Bridesmaids – new and sealed DVD

1 x The Smurfs Movie – new and sealed DVD

1 x The Little Engine That Could Movie – new and sealed DVD

to be mailed to the entrant with the most number of “Likes” on the actual forum post
The total value of the Prize Pool is $130
All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are persons who are not
(i) employees of, or contractors to, singlemum.com.au or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or
(ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
To enter, Entrant/s must:

(b) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;
Selection of winner
On or after 26 January 2012, the judge will choose the winner. The Winner/s will be the Entrant/s who have been judged to have entered a post timed after 00:01am 23 January 2012 in the above specified forums, and has received the highest count of “Likes” on the actual forum post. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s.
SingleMum.com.au reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in our opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
All entries must be:
the original independent creation of the entrant;
owned by the entrant; and
free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
Entries must not:
have been published previously;
have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
be restricted in any way; or
infringe any third party rights.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
(a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
There is a limit of one prize per household
Competition Winner/s are responsible for monitoring their singlemotherforum.com account and/or contact email account and junk mail folder to ensure that any correspondence and/or email from SingleMum.com.au to obtain a postal address for the purpose of prize delivery is successful. If Winner/s do not respond to contact attempts by Singlemum.com.au within 48 hours following the contest close time and date, the prize will be awarded to the next elligible winner
Entrant/s are recommended to save the SingleMum.com.au email addresses forum.administrator@singlemotherforum.com and admin@singlemum.com.au in a safe emails or contacts list.
Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by email or singlemotherforum.com private message using the details provided in their singlemotherforum.com user account.
Ownership of entries
All entries become and remain the property of SingleMum.com.au.
SingleMum.com.au and the Single Mother Forum reserve the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of website content and promotional purposes.
