The competition commences at 12:01am on 01 December 2009
Competition entries close at 12:01pm on 20 December 2009.
Winners will be judged and notified on or after 20 December 2009
The names of the winners will appear on the singlemum.com.au website after December 20, 2009, and will also appear in the SingleMum.com.au January 2010 Newsletter.
Prizes –
One set of 175+ Home Based Business Ideas Vol 1 & 2 eBooks to be emailed to the first winner
One copy of Confessions of a Mumpreneur eBook to be emailed to the second winner
The total prize value of 175+ Home Based Business Ideas Vol 1 & 2 eBooks is $39.90
The total prize value of Confessions of a Mumpreneur eBook is $19.95
The total value of the Prize Pool is $59.85
All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and SingleMum.com.au takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are persons who are not (i) employees of, or contractors to, singlemum.com.au or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
“Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
To enter, entrants must:
(a) Fill out their details on the entry form and
(b) Answer the following question in 100 words or less:
What is your dream work from home business, and why?
(c) Read and agree with these terms and conditions;
Selection of winner
On or after 20 December 2009, the judge will choose a winner. The winner will be the entrant who has been judged to have entered the most original and creative response to the competition question. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s.
SingleMum.com.au reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in our opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
All entries must be:
the original independent creation of the entrant;
owned by the entrant; and
free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
Entries must not:
have been published previously;
have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
be restricted in any way; or
infringe any third party rights.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
(a) each entry must be substantially unique; and
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Competition winners are responsible for monitoring their contact email account to ensure that any correspondence and/or email delivery of prize eBooks from SingleMum.com.au or the Ideas Book website are not filtered as Junk Mail.
Entrants are recommended to save the SingleMum.com.au email address admin@singlemum.com.au in a safe emails or contacts list.
Competition entrants are responsible for providing their contact telephone number as a back-up contact means on the competition entry form. This is not compulsory, but recommended.
Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, using the details provided in their entry, and the name of the winner will be published as specified above.
Ownership of entries
All entries become and remain the property of SingleMum.com.au.
SingleMum.com.au and www.theideasbook.com.au website reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up entries for the purpose of future promotions.
