Women’s Legal Service is a specialist community legal centre run by and for women. Our service provides free legal information, advice and referrals throughout Queensland. We can explain the law and what happens in court on most legal matters and can refer you to other helpful organisations or private solicitors. We do not undertake court representation however we will provide you with advice about your legal rights and information about any legal avenues that may be open to you.

A phone legal advice line for women living in rural, regional and remote Queensland is open every tuesday from 9am to 1.30pm. Call 1800 457 117 (Outside Brisbane)
