Customer Journey Mapping: Interacting with Government Services
We are inviting women who have separated from their spouse within the past 2 years, and who have primary care and custody of dependent children, so we can hear their views about the experiences they have when interacting with government services like Centrelink, Medicare, the Child Support Agency, etc.

We’re looking for participants who are relatively new to interacting with government agencies to claim benefits.

The interviews will be conducted at:

Market Solutions
Norwood House
17 Norwood Crescent
Moonee Ponds, VIC

Alternatively, if you cannot leave the house we can organize to send an interviewer to you, if this is more convenient.

We have times available between 9am , 5pm, Thursday March 31st – Sunday April 3rd. The interviews are expected to last no more than an hour, and will be conducted by an independent consultant.

Participants will also receive $70 to cover any out of pocket expenses they may incur.
