Single mums who work in the sex industry
The purpose of this research study is to examine women’s experiences transitioning in and out of the sex industry.
Participation in this study involves a 1 to 2 hour interview in which your opinions and thoughts will be sought on the topics of working in the sex industry, leaving the sex industry, past work experiences and future plans.
Compensation of $75 for your time is available.
You are eligible to participate in this research study if you:
- Are at least 18 years old and a woman;
- Have ever worked in the sex industry (including currently working in the industry) and
- Have ever ceased working in the industry for any period or have plans to stop working in the industry at some point
- Your main work in the sex industry was not street-based sex work
